I was looking for the new episode in google to watch online , but i found something else.
There should be a fan-made mmorpg : more info here

They have about 25 % complete and there should be a beta version , also it will be for free - you can customize our own coats, manes and tails . And maybe your own cutiemark.

Here is a demo of gameplay !! http://urimas.deviantart.com/#/d3f6ygr

I can't wait for this mmo! It's gonna be amazing! I found a very small demo somewhere. I can't remember where it was, and you couldn't do anything other than walk around a little anyway.

BTW, the title says "MPL" instead of "MLP."

Kind of reminds me of the heyday of Sonic the Hedgehog fangaming.  Although I think people have a lot better resource pool these days than they did in the late 90s/early 00s.  The other thing is, let's see how many actually get done.  :P  I know from experience that doing something on a grand scale as a hobby most of the time is defeated by "real life."  Whether that is the designers never have enough time to make significant progress, lose interest, or just suddenly become busy in a new section of life... but sometimes these things work!  I think it depends largely on how much of a community is backing a game.  If it's just one or two people, chances are slim.  If you have a pool of developers, you might have a chance.  As a rule though, the more ambitious it is, the less likely it will ever be significantly completed.

Guess we'll see...

Wow, this looks pretty far-along (elsewhere on the forum there's a WIP 3D game and a Maple Story-style sidescroller). It looks like a lot of the environments and interface are playable, they just need to make it a little busier - more NPCs, more movement in populated areas.

Sometimes the rights owners get itchy, but that's usually when it involves a video game franchise (I know there's been shutdowns of fan projects by the likes of Nintendo, Square, and Bungee).
